Brand & Website Partnership

Your business has grown.
Now it's time for everything else to catch up.

Brand strategy, messaging, website design and ongoing support for thoughtful business owners who want a cohesive, sustainable business presence.

At first, it was enough to have a website and a logo.

But over time, your business has evolved. Your services have shifted. Your confidence has grown. You’ve gained experience, clarity and a deeper understanding of the people you want to help.

And yet…

  • Your website no longer reflects where your business is now

  • You find explaining what you do feels harder than it should

  • Your messaging feels inconsistent from one platform to the next

  • You have ideas, offers and content scattered across different places with no clear thread connecting them

The website is usually where these frustrations become most visible. But more often than not, the website isn’t the real problem.

It’s simply where the problem is showing up.

Because when your brand strategy, messaging, visual identity, and online presence aren’t working together, everything takes more effort than it should.

The result – a business that feels fragmented, even when the work you do is thoughtful, valuable and impactful.

The website isn't the starting point. Clarity is.

Why most website redesigns don't solve the problem

When something isn't working, it's natural to assume the answer is a new website

And sometimes, a new website is exactly what’s needed.

But many redesign projects focus on what visitors see, without addressing everything happening behind the scenes.

The layout changes, the colours are refreshed, the pages are rewritten, the new website launches… and for a while, everything feels better.

But six months later, the same challenges start creeping back in.

Why?

Because the messaging still isn’t clear, the customer journey hasn’t been fully thought through, the supporting systems aren’t working together, the SEO foundations were never properly considered.

And as the business continues to evolve, there’s nobody there to help the brand evolve with it.

Here's the thing...

A website isn't a standalone project, it's one part of a living ecosystem.

Your brand, messaging, website, content, systems and customer experience all influence one another. When they’re aligned, your business feels clearer, more cohesive and easier to grow.

That’s why the Brand & Website Partnership looks beyond the website itself.

Together, we’ll create the foundations, the online presence and the ongoing support needed to help your business grow with confidence.

Introducing

The Brand & Website Partnership

Most business owners are offered one of two options: a one-off project that ends as soon as the website launches, or an open-ended retainer with no clear destination.

This is neither.

The Brand & Website Partnership is a structured, year-long collaboration designed to help your business evolve with clarity and confidence.

Together, we’ll create the strategic foundations your business needs, build a website that reflects where you are now, and continue refining your brand as your business grows.

Because businesses aren’t static – your offers change, your audience evolves, new opportunities emerge.

And the online presence that supports your business should be able to grow alongside it.

Instead of cramming everything into a few intense weeks and then parting ways, we’ll work together over time, giving your business the space to develop naturally and sustainably.

You’ll have a trusted partner to guide the strategy, shape the messaging, build the website, and support the ongoing decisions that keep your brand aligned with your goals.

The result is more than a website.

It’s a cohesive business ecosystem built to support the next chapter of your business.

What's included

The Brand & Website Partnership follows a structured process designed to create clarity, cohesion, and momentum.

Each phase builds upon the one before it, ensuring your strategy, messaging, visual identity, and website work together as a unified whole.

Foundations

  • Foundations Phase 1

Before we think about colours, layouts, or website pages, we need clarity. Together, we’ll explore where your business is now, where you’d like it to go, and how your brand can support that journey.

This phase may include: brand strategy and positioning, audience clarity, offer refinement, customer journey mapping, business goals and priorities.

The result is a strong strategic foundation that guides every decision moving forward.

The brand strategy process starts with customer research. Image shows a laptop open on a desk, surrounded by notebook and research papers

Messaging

  • Messaging Phase 2

Once the foundations are in place, we’ll shape the words that communicate your value clearly and consistently. No more struggling to explain what you do or wondering whether your messaging is landing.

This phase may include: core brand messaging, brand voice guidance, website copy planning, key page messaging, content and communication recommendations.

The result is messaging that feels authentic, confident and easy to use across your business.

Visual identity

  • Visual identity Phase 3

With clarity around your strategy and messaging, we can create a visual identity that reflects the quality and personality of your work. Thoughtful design choices help your business feel recognisable, professional, and aligned with the people you want to attract.

This phase may include: brand direction, colour palette, typography selection, supporting visual assets, brand guidelines.

The result is a cohesive visual identity that feels like a natural extension of your business.

Website creation

  • Website creation Phase 4

Finally, we’ll bring everything together in a strategic website designed to support your goals and serve your audience. Built on the foundations we’ve already established, your website becomes a powerful tool rather than a collection of pages.

This phase may include: custom website design and build, mobile-friendly development, SEO foundations, analytics setup, testing and launch support

The result is a website that not only looks beautiful, but works hard for your business too.

Your website, built around your business

The website is an important part of the Brand & Website Partnership, but it isn’t a one-size-fits-all package.

We’ll create a bespoke WordPress website around your strategy, messaging, visual identity and the needs of your business, with the pages and functionality needed to communicate clearly, build trust and guide your audience towards taking the next step.

A typical website might include:

  • Home
  • About
  • Services or Offers
  • Individual service or offer pages
  • Contact
  • FAQs
  • Other supporting pages relevant to your business

Need something more complex?

If your business needs ecommerce, an online course or membership platform, advanced booking functionality, complex integrations, or other specialist functionality, that’s not necessarily a deal-breaker – but it does require additional planning and investment.

We’ll talk through your requirements at the outset and, where appropriate, scope any additional functionality separately.

Ongoing partnership & support

Most website projects end at launch. Everything is handed over, and you’re left to figure out what comes next as your business continues to evolve.

This partnership is designed to remove that gap entirely.

Because your business won’t stand still after your website goes live – and neither should the support behind it.

As part of the ongoing partnership, we continue working together to keep your brand, messaging and website aligned with where your business is now (not where it was twelve months ago).

This may include:

  • Quarterly strategy reviews to step back and look at the bigger picture

  • Refining your messaging as your offers, audience, or direction evolve

  • Making updates and improvements to your website as needed

  • Reviewing performance and identifying opportunities for growth

  • Ongoing guidance to help you make confident decisions about your online presence

Rather than starting from scratch every time something shifts, you’ll have a consistent point of support – someone who already understands your business, your foundations, and your goals.

So instead of feeling like you’re constantly “catching up” with your own brand, everything stays connected, intentional and moving in the same direction.

You won’t be left wondering what comes next.

Because you’ll already have a rhythm in place - one that supports your business as it grows, changes, and deepens over time.

What changes

When clarity replaces constant catching up

When your brand, messaging and website are finally working together, the day-to-day experience of running your business shifts in a noticeable way. Not because everything becomes effortless, but because everything becomes clearer.

Before

You’re second-guessing what to say and how to say it

Your website feels slightly out of date, even if it’s only a few years old

Your branding doesn’t quite match where your business is now

Small updates turn into frustrating DIY projects

Marketing feels harder than it should, and rarely feels fully “joined up”

After

You have clear positioning that makes decision-making easier

Your brand feels cohesive across your website, content and communications

Your website supports the direction your business is going in

You have strategic clarity guiding your next steps

You’re not doing it all alone, there’s ongoing support when things evolve

This partnership isn’t for everyone, and that’s intentional

It works best when there’s already a sense that your business is evolving, and you’re ready to build the foundations to support where it’s going next.

This is for you if…
  • Your business has outgrown your current brand, website or messaging, even if you’re not entirely sure what needs to change yet

  • You’re ready to invest in building something more considered, structured and long-term, rather than applying quick fixes

  • You value strategic thinking just as much as design and aesthetics

  • You want someone alongside you who can guide the bigger picture, not just deliver isolated pieces.

What is branding? Image: Wooden desk with a laptop, notebook, and images for a brand vision board
This is probably not for you if…
  • You only need a few updates or tweaks to an existing website

  • You’re primarily looking for the lowest-cost option or a fast, transactional build

  • You want unlimited, on-demand design changes without a structured process

  • You’re not in a place where you want to think about your brand and website as part of a wider, evolving ecosystem

This work is most effective when there’s openness to depth, reflection, and ongoing collaboration.

If you’re looking for a quick project, there are other options that will suit you better.

But if you’re ready to build something more cohesive, and gain support as it grows, this is exactly the kind of work this partnership is designed for.

How the partnership works

This isn’t a rushed, one-size-fits-all project. It’s a structured, year-long partnership designed to give your business the space to develop properly, with each stage building on the last.

While the exact timing will be tailored to your business, the partnership typically unfolds like this.

Image: woman sitting on a couch in a comfortable room, taking notes while on a brand strategy session
Months 1-2
Discovery & Strategy

We begin by getting clear on where your business is now and where you want it to go.

This stage sets the direction for everything that follows, including your positioning, priorities and overall brand strategy.

It’s about stepping back before we move forward, so we’re building from a place of clarity rather than guesswork.

Months 2-4
Messaging & Brand Development

With the foundations in place, we shape how your business communicates and looks.

This includes refining your core messaging, developing your brand voice and visual identity, and bringing greater clarity and consistency to how your business presents itself.

This stage often brings a noticeable shift — things start to feel simpler, more aligned and easier to express.

Months 4-6
Website Design & Build

Once your strategy, messaging and visual identity are solid, we move onto the website itself.

Your site is designed and built around everything we’ve developed so far, ensuring it reflects your business accurately and supports your goals.

This is where everything starts to come together visually and structurally.

Months 7-12
Ongoing Support, optimisation & evolution

Once the core work is complete, the partnership shifts into ongoing support and refinement.

This may include strategic reviews, messaging refinements, website updates, performance reviews and guidance as your business evolves.

The focus is on thoughtful improvements rather than ongoing development or unlimited design work, giving you continued support without the pressure of starting from scratch whenever something changes.

Timelines can flex depending on your business needs, but the intention stays the same throughout:

To create something that not only works now, but continues to support where your business is going next.

Investment

The Brand & Website Partnership is designed to give you more than a beautiful website.

It’s a strategic foundation, a cohesive online presence, and an experienced partner to help your business evolve over time.

Rather than paying for a one-off project and hoping it continues to serve you for years to come, your investment is spread across a structured year-long partnership that includes both the initial creation work and the ongoing support that keeps everything aligned.

£750 initial strategy investment

This one-off initial investment, paid at the beginning of the partnership, covers the discovery, strategy and planning that lay the foundations for the entire partnership. We'll take the time to understand your business, define the direction we're heading in, and create the strategic framework that guides everything that follows.

£595 per month for 12 months

Your monthly investment covers the creation of your brand, messaging and website during the initial development phases, followed by ongoing strategic guidance, support and considered refinements as your business evolves.

Got questions? Here are some answers...

The Website Design service is ideal if you already have a clear brand strategy, messaging and visual identity, and you’re ready to translate that into a strategic website.

The Brand & Website Partnership takes a broader approach. We work together to strengthen the foundations of your business, develop your messaging, refine your visual identity, build your website, and continue supporting your business as it evolves.

If your business has changed significantly over time, this is usually the better fit.

You can most certainly do that. But a new website won’t solve problems that start elsewhere.

If your positioning isn’t clear, your messaging feels inconsistent, or your brand no longer reflects your business, those challenges will eventually show up on your website too.

This partnership is designed to address the bigger picture, so your website becomes the natural outcome of a strong strategic foundation.

That’s absolutely fine.

Many clients come to me with existing branding that simply needs refining rather than replacing.

We’ll look at what you already have, identify what’s working well, and decide together what should stay, what should evolve, and what can be built upon.

There isn’t a fixed page limit. The website will be planned around your business, your audience and the customer journey we establish during the strategy phase.

That means we’ll create the pages your business genuinely needs, rather than working to an arbitrary number. If your requirements are significantly larger or more complex than a typical small-to-medium business website, we’ll discuss that together at the outset and agree the additional scope and investment before we begin.

Not necessarily.

We’ll work together to develop clear, authentic messaging that reflects your business and connects with your audience.

Whether you write the final copy yourself, would like me to refine it, or you’d prefer to bring in a specialist copywriter, I’ll make sure the strategic foundations are in place.

The ongoing partnership is designed to help your brand and website evolve alongside your business.

This may include strategic reviews, website updates, messaging refinements, performance discussions and guidance as your business grows.

The exact focus will depend on what your business needs at the time, rather than following a rigid checklist.

Yes.

One of the biggest benefits of this partnership is that you won’t need to start from scratch every time something changes.

Whether you’re launching a new service, refining your messaging, updating your website or exploring a new direction, you’ll already have someone who understands your business and can help you move forward with confidence.

Towards the end of the partnership, we’ll review everything we’ve achieved and discuss what support, if any, makes sense for the next stage of your business.

Some clients may feel confident managing things independently, while others may choose to continue working together in a way that suits their evolving needs.

The partnership is designed as a year-long commitment because each stage builds on the one before it, and the ongoing support is an important part of the overall value.

If something unexpected happens, we’ll always have an open conversation and work towards the best solution together. My goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, not to make anyone feel trapped.

The first step is simply to get in touch and tell me a little about your business, where you are now, and where you’d like to go.

From there, I’ll review what you’ve shared and consider whether the Brand & Website Partnership is the right fit for your needs. If I think it would be helpful, I’ll invite you to a complimentary Possibility Call so we can explore your goals in more detail and decide whether we’re the right fit for one another.

And if I feel another service would serve you better, I’ll always tell you. My aim is not to steer everyone towards my flagship offer – it’s to help you make the decision that’s right for your business.
